Tell us when it is wrong
Screenshot it the second it happens, tap the little preview in the corner, then Share Beta Feedback. That sends the picture, your phone, and the exact build straight to us, so we are not guessing at what you were looking at.
"This is stupid" is a perfectly good bug report. Texting me works too.
Expect rough edges
It is a beta. Something will look wrong at some point. Your data is backed up and we fix things same day, most days.
Keep your own records
Do not throw away whatever you use today until you are sure. We would tell a friend the same thing.
What is actually useful to tell us
Bugs are the easy part. The things worth more than a crash report:
- Where it made you tap more than it should have. Count them if you can stand it.
- What you expected to happen that did not, even when nothing broke.
- What you still do outside the app: on paper, in texts, in another app, in your head.
- What you would have to explain to a new guy before he could use it.
How we decide what to build. If your idea would help every contractor running this, it ships and you get it in days. If it only fits how your shop works, we will tell you that straight rather than quietly never doing it. Either way you get an answer, not silence.

- We move your data in for you. Send a CSV out of whatever you use now and we load it, no charge.

When the beta ends we will tell you first and ask before anything is charged. If you say no, you export your books and we part on good terms. Nothing gets billed by surprise.
